What do you need at admission to the hospital?

AT THE GYNECOLOGICAL WARDS 

Patients who will not stay at the hospital should pay for their examinations at the pay-desk of the hospital.   http://maichindom.com/en/prices/   The hospital doesn’t have a contract with the National Health Insurance Fund for reimbursement of the outpatient examinations;

Emergency patients don’t pay for their examinations, no matter whether they will stay at the hospital afterwards or not.

Necessary documents, preoperative tests and consultations for a forthcoming planned stay at the hospital 

1. Certificate of entitlement № 7 from the family doctor or a specialist which is valid a month after issuing;

2. Blood type an Rh type – determined in a licensed laboratory;

3. Lab tests – only tests dating back up to 7 days before admission are valid

AT the MATERNAL RISK AND FETAL MEDICINE WARDS

Patients who will not stay at the hospital should pay for their examinations at the pay-desk of the hospital.

Emergency patients don’t pay for their examinations.

On admission the patient must have:

   1. Certificate of entitlement № 7;

   2. ID;

   3. Personal belongings;

   4. Nightgown, slippers, robe;

   5. Cup, fork, spoon, knife;

   6. Medical documentation from previous hospital stay or examinations.

  • Blood tests for patients who will have surgery can be performed in room 216 on the 2nd floor, after getting a referral note from the relevant office (224, 207 and 214).
  • Before admission to the clinic patients has to visit the hospital’s reception and get identification number of their medical history.
  • Every newly admitted patient leaves her clothes at the hospital’s locker room which is located on the first ground floor, in room 50.


AT THE LABOR AND DELIVERY ROOM

For patients who are in labor  

   1. Certificate of entitlement № 7 from the family doctor;

   2. Exchange card with filled in information from the regular tests that have been performed in the course of pregnancy.

   3. Tests. Wass, HbSAg - mandatory, HIV - advisory.

   4. ID;

   5. Slippers, robe;

   6. Cup, fork, spoon, knife;

   7. Personal belongings;

   8. Diapers in a closed package, wet tissues for the baby.

* The medical documents after discharge from the hospital (patient’s chart, medical history, results from the histological tests, a copy of the operative protocol, etc.) are issued and handled by the senior midwife of the clinic and the doctor in charge between 12 and 13.30 PM.
